  • I provide therapy to couples, individuals and older teens/young adults. Click here to see my services page for more information on what therapy looks like for each type of client.

  • Start by reaching out to me! From there, we will schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation phone call to determine if we are a good fit to work together.

  • I do not. I am considered an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network services, although the details of each plan vary. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider and learn more about your benefits. I am happy to talk through this if you need assistance.

  • $225 for 50 minute sessions

    $335 for 80 minute sessions

  • We will start by meeting weekly. This allows us to build our therapeutic relationship and gain momentum in addressing your therapy needs.

    As we begin to make strides towards your therapy goals, we may decrease the cadence of our sessions to biweekly or monthly. When you have met your goals and developed the skills to navigate life’s ups and downs without therapy support, we will move towards a natural and empowering termination of our work together.

  • Both in-person and telehealth therapy have shown to be effective, and I offer both options to fit your needs! It depends on your preferences, location, lifestyle, and access to a private space. My office is located in Redondo Beach, so I mainly serve the South Bay area. For clients outside of that range but still in California, virtual therapy could be a great option. Reach out to talk through this further if you are unsure of which might be right for you!

  • Life happens! I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours — or missed appointments — will be charged the full session fee.
